Question asked by vendor:
ABB/Hitachi had a question regarding BED RFQ 87-24
With respect to the 1500kVA can you ask BED if they would consider a Delta Primary or Delta Secondary? The lead time for non Wye-Wye is much shorter than for Wye-Wye and a unit this size is usually not feeding single phase loads so not as much concern about ferroresonance (sp?).

We appreciate the alternative option but would request that the bid provided meet our specification of wye-wye configuration.
